We love seeing what our customers cook with their Oxenforge products. Share your cooking photos or videos with us for a chance to receive Oxenforge rewards and be featured by our brand.
By submitting content, you agree to the following rules and terms.
1. Who Can Participate
The campaign is open to customers who own and use an Oxenforge product.
Participants must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Oxenforge may request reasonable proof of purchase or product ownership if needed.
2. What You Can Submit
Your submission should feature an Oxenforge product being used or clearly visible.
We welcome content such as:
- Cooking photos
- Finished dishes
- Stir-frying or tossing food
- Wok hei or high-heat cooking
- Cooking videos
- Plating and serving
- Your Oxenforge wok setup
- Your seasoned wok or patina
Submissions must be original content created by you.
3. Rewards
Qualifying submissions are eligible for the following rewards:
Photo Upload
Submit a qualifying cooking photo and receive:
1 set of Oxenforge Coconut Bristle Wok Scrubs
Video Upload
Submit a qualifying cooking video and receive:
1 full set of Oxenforge Wooden Utensils
Videos should clearly show the Oxenforge product and some part of the cooking process.
Chosen Upload of the Month
Each month, Oxenforge will select one outstanding submission from eligible photo and video entries.
The selected customer will receive:
1 Oxenforge wok or skillet of their choice
4. Reward Limits
Rewards are intended to encourage genuine customer participation.
Unless otherwise approved by Oxenforge:
- Each customer may receive one Photo Upload reward per month.
- Each customer may receive one Video Upload reward per month.
- Multiple photos and videos from the same cooking session may be treated as one submission.
- Screenshots or edited versions of the same content do not qualify as separate entries.
A customer may still be selected for the monthly prize even if they have already received a Photo Upload or Video Upload reward.
5. What Qualifies
To qualify for a reward, content should:
- Clearly feature an Oxenforge product.
- Be reasonably clear and well lit.
- Show genuine cooking or use of the product.
- Be original content created by the person submitting it.
- Be suitable for use on Oxenforge's website, social media, email, or advertising.
- Not prominently feature competing cookware brands.
- Not demonstrate unsafe use of the product.
- Not contain copyrighted music or other material that you do not have permission to use.
- Not contain profanity or foul language.
Oxenforge reserves the right to determine whether a submission qualifies for a reward.
Submitting content does not automatically guarantee a reward.
6. Monthly Selection
The Chosen Upload of the Month is selected by Oxenforge and is not a random drawing.
We may consider factors including:
- Creativity
- Food and cooking
- Visual quality
- Authenticity
- How well the Oxenforge product is shown
- Usefulness of the content
- Overall storytelling
Professional photography or editing is not required. We love seeing real Oxenforge customers cooking in real kitchens.
7. Shipping of Rewards
Qualifying rewards will be shipped to the address connected to the email address of the customer.
Reward availability and shipping eligibility may depend on the participant's location.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.
8. Content Ownership and Permission
You retain ownership of the original content you submit.
By submitting photos, videos, written descriptions, recipes, or other materials to Oxenforge, you give Oxenforge permission to use, edit, reproduce, publish, display, and share the submitted content for Oxenforge marketing and promotional purposes.
This may include use on:
- Oxenforge.com
- Product pages
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Digital advertising
- Online marketplaces
- Promotional materials
Oxenforge may crop, resize, edit, add captions, or otherwise adapt submitted content for formatting and marketing purposes.
9. People Appearing in Your Content
If another identifiable person appears in your submission, you confirm that you have their permission for the content to be submitted and used by Oxenforge.
Please do not submit identifiable images or videos of children unless you are their parent or legal guardian and consent to Oxenforge using the content.
10. No Public Posting Required
You do not need to post your content publicly on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform to participate.
Simply upload the content directly through the Oxenforge submission form.
11. Duplicate or Previously Submitted Content
Content that has already been submitted for a campaign reward generally cannot be submitted again for another reward.
Oxenforge may treat multiple files from the same cooking session as a single submission.
12. Campaign Changes
Oxenforge may modify, extend, suspend, or end the campaign at any time.
Rewards that have already been approved will still be honored unless fraud, misuse, or a violation of these rules is discovered.
13. Fraud or Abuse
Oxenforge may refuse or cancel rewards where there is evidence of:
- Stolen or copied content
- Fraudulent submissions
- Multiple accounts being used to obtain duplicate rewards
- Misrepresentation of product ownership
- Attempts to manipulate the campaign
- Violation of these rules
