Refund policy

Damage Due to Shipping:

Any items that were damaged during shipment are eligible for returns. 

Please provide photos of the damaged items when applying for returns. 

Damage Due to User Error:

Items damaged due to user error are not eligible for returns.

Return Due to Wrong Size/Model:

Customer ordered the wrong size/model (e.g. Ordered 30cm, but realized they wanted 32cm)

Items that are unused can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Shipping expense will be paid by the customer.

We shipped the wrong size/model (e.g. Ordered 30cm, but we delivered 32cm)

Items that are unused can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Shipping expense will be paid by us. Please provide proof of wrong size sent.
